The product: I'm satisfied with the quality of the product. The boots are real leather and very sturdy, as advertised. It took a few weeks of sore feet to break them in, but they are very comfortable now and I wear them often.
The website: It was easy to navigate and the product filtering option helped me find what I was looking for. All shoe sizes were in UK format but a conversion chart was provided. Upon checking out, I was presented with a number of payment options (credit/debit card, Paypal and bank transfer).
The shipping: My order was tracked and I was notified by email at each stage of processing. It arrived in 9 days, although considering the cost of international shipping - $48.29 - I expected it to arrive sooner.
The price: Including shipping, I payed a total of $180.89. This option was cheaper than buying the same pair of boots from a store in Australia.
While I am satisfied with the product and the service I received, I was only interested in one specific product and I expect it to last for a long time. It's unlikely that I will shop here again in the near future.
