I purchased a set of shirts and jeans from topman on the 2nd of December. The shipping was a very decent 2 and a half weeks, especially considering that it was purchased during the Christmas rush. The items arrived packaged well and the look and sizing of the items were accurate to those displayed on the website. Lastly, the pricing for the actual items are very fair when compared to brick and mortar stores and taking into account the comparable quality. Topman does offer returns however I have not experienced what the service is like with it.
This is my 4th Topman jeans and had no problem with the fitting before this. The problem now is that although I order the exact same size, this time around the length is a bit short by about 1cm. I am not sure if this is faulty or what, but sending it back and asking for a refund or replacement is too much of hassle. But that't what you get for buying stuff online from outside Austalia and that is the reason for 3 star warranty rating. Shipping time was typical UK-Australia duration, 2 weeks on the dot.
