Contact lense prices vary drastically online, but I have found Quicklens to be the cheapest (I use AirOptix). My lenses cost at least double at many optometrists.
They take around 10 days delivery (a bit longer than some competitors as the lenses come from Asia) but the price makes up for it if you're organised. I strongly recommend Quicklens for your contacts.
I recently placed an order for colour contacts and I checked several websites and this website had the best prices, even with shipping. Had no issues with Quicklens and would recommend this website.
Excellent prices, good products, good email service. Delivery, well if they don't have your prescription in stock, it can take up to 4 weeks! So order in advance.
First of all, if price is your #1 objective, this is the place to order your contact lenses from because, according to my own searches, no one can compete with the prices this site offers. And they have 'specials' that are very inviting...just make sure you understand there can be delayed delivery and can not be in a hurry to receive your order.
Next, IF you wear toric lenses, make sure to place your (re)order at least 1 month before you'll need them because it definitely takes at least 4 weeks to have your lenses in hand. My delivery time for my order was 5 weeks!!
Follow up is your responsibility. I never received any followup information regarding my order. I did receive 1 email stating the same information as their website regarding the 4 week delivery time for toric lenses. After a couple of weeks, I emailed them requesting an update on my order and they did reply in a timely manner.
One more thing: reviews consistently talk about the company pretending to be in Australia but are really in Singapore. Truth is they state they are in Singapore on their 'About Us' page. To be honest, I don't know if that makes a difference to me because I just want a good price that includes good service AND most important to me, is to receive my order quickly. And 4 or 5 weeks is not quick.
I guess my point here is if you order contact lenses from this company, plan ahead. Way ahead!!!! Sometimes the lowest price is NOT the best deal. Will I order again from quicklens.com.au I'm thinking about it but now that I have my order, I won't have to actually decide for another few months......

BEWARE ... they claim to be selling as an Australian site with Australian products but this is not true. They ship their products from Singapore and after I did not receive my lenses they refused to refund me and they did not at any stage send an invoice for Health Fund claims even thought I asked for one 4 times. They would not provide health fund provider number and are deceitful as they try and make you believe they are an Australian provider but the products are NOT Australian at all, They are foreign shipped from Singapore and if you dont receive your lenses like with me they refused to refund me my money or to send a tax invoice. Dodgy I would NEVER deal with them
