Every time I need to send flowers overseas I feel confident with Bloomex, who makes up each arrangement beautifully according to my receiver.
The only thing that is lacking is the delivery days, as I would love for my flowers to be delivered on the day of the occasion, rather than two days before. Not such a big problem, but would be nice if it could be extended to at least Saturday, than just from Tuesday to Friday. Otherwise I am happy with the service Bloomex provides.
I have used Bloomex many times and they are always great. The website is easy to use and the flowers are always beautiful. I would highly recommend using Bloomex to send flowers.
Why? Because you had a bad experience? Just because you are a negative individual (just look at your user name) doesn't mean I had any bad experiences.
This is my second order at Bloomex. Good service (same and next dat delivery) and very nice flowers. I'd recommend as well for the good pricing, not too expensive.
Good service with updating the customer with order status and tracking number etc.
I brought flowers for my close friend not to long ago and I regularly buy flowers for family and friends birthdays and I have not experienced any issues of yet. I have even joined as a platinum member and I have definitely got my value for money out of that with the free delivery for a year.
The flowers came as ordered. The person who received them was happy with them. I will use them again. The only problem was that the delivery driver did not knock on the door,but left the flowers at the door, even though someone was home. But the flowers were good value and looked good.
Hi Steph, did you actually see a photo of the flowers that turned up? I for one would never admit to someone who had gone to the trouble of ordering flowers that they looked terrible!!
