had no problems with 2 orders that i have placed so even joined the platinum card so i don't have to pay for delivery ..i am still waiting for the credit $14.95 but they have only just taken out the money so expect it shortly.
i like the half price roses and bouquets as they are the cheapest online and i have done some research.i have been very happy with the roses that i've sent or should say the recipient is happy. (i sent a bunch of 24 roses and a small bouquet of 3 roses). I'm sorry to read some other reviews but my experience has been great.

Like you said that's a COMMENT, not a review. I haven't shopped at Bloomex, so I haven't written a review and I am entitled to warn people.
In my comment, I stated CLEARLY that I haven't shopped with them so people can take what I say or leave it. I'm also warning people to not use them why? Bloomex have an extremely poor record, it's just not worth the risk. You're a scam company, it's all over the web.
Also, reviews have been verified as fake and some were removed. So yes there are fake reviews floating around from Bloomex - untrustworthy.
Why are they all one-time reviewers? Does that not send off alarm signals to you that all these accounts are fake and created just to review Bloomex?

Bloomex have earned that poor reputation I am allowed to raise awareness of. Jesus christ, it was just a comment warning others. I explicitly stated that I hadn't tried the service so anyone reading can choose whether to accept or reject my warning.

I'm sorry you feel that way, I was not attacking you personally. Just your reviews and generally the behaviour of Bloomex that is disgusting. I know these reviews are not true, even in the way you guys post about your experience.
It's all the same, uninformed review - you just say general things like I got this delivered to a recipient (sometimes you even specify it's a wife, mum, etc.) you're very happy, blah blah blah.
I'm just here for the truth, that's the only thing everyone wants.
I have used Bloomex twice now. The ordering is so easy I received instant confirmation and they kept me informed till the order was delivered to my very happy family. My family were gobsmacked at how beautifully presented the flowers and hampers were delivered. The flowers were so fresh and totally amazing!!! I have sent flowers through other florists but never again it's Bloomex only for me now Thank you for delivering what is promised Fantastic service

The process was fast, prices were value for money, notification emails came through with both an invoice and regular updates about delivery tracking. There is a lot of choice in colour range, size and how I wish to have my flowers sent in.The best part is the price! Suits my budget.The recipients of my flowers are very pleased so that makes me happy.Purchasing online is much quicker.My initial orders over the phone in the past took too long...thanks
I recently used Bloomex to deliver surprise flowers to a friend of mine. They arrived swiftly, in great condition and looked even more beautiful than the website photos. I came across Bloomex after my husband used them several times to send me flowers. Being both a sender and a receiver (and they ALWAYS arrived on time!) I am so genuinely thrilled with their service. It is a shame there are a few negative reviews, because between my husband and I we have ordered approximately 12 lots of flowers and never had any worries! Thanks Bloomex- keep up the good work :)

I purchased flowers for my sick mother and then had to change the delivery address to a hospital. I did this all online on the Bloomex website with absolute ease. I received immediate confirmation of my order and then a reply to my email requesting a different address. I ordered 50 Blooms of Alstroemeria and they lasted and lasted. In fact 2 weeks later when my mother returned home I ordered more flowers for her from Bloomex and she actually still had some of the first lot still in flower. which she took home from the hospital. Bloomex is definitely my preferred choice of florists now, and as I am an expat living in Malaysia I am just so happy to have a florist that I can trust and deal with so easily. THANK YOU BLOOMEX.

I used Bloomex to order flowers for friends' birthdays. Easy site to navigate, prices are good and I would recommend using this service to anyone. Only drawback for some is there is no payment via PayPal. I look forward to seeing some photos of the delivery tomorrow.
