Sloppy service. I placed an order for our anniversary many days in advance. Delivery was slow on the day and there was no capacity to track your order online. When I called to ask what time the flowers would be delivered, operator needed to contact the courier as she didn't know. Can't believe that this isn't tracked properly- I mean this is what your business is meant to do!
Then she proceeded to say that I hadnt specified a time for delivery -as if to shift blame onto me the customer. There was not a place in the order form that specifically asked for time of delivery-I presumed it would be in the first half of the day. I didn't except I would have to wait all day for the flowers to be delivered! It would have been easier to go to the florist myself. When I complained, I was met with a passive aggressive operator, 'ok well you're entitled to your opinion' .
Useless company, will never use again! Absolutely rude and sloppy, slow service.
I never write reviews but I am disgusted by this company and I want everyone to know if you want your flowers to get to your destination on the same day which is nearly everyone then DONT ORDER with them
