I have ordered something through this website and I got ripped off. The order arrived incomplete and they will neither refund me the difference, nor fulfill the order.
Products are cheap replicas of good stuff. What I purchased doesn't feel to be a quality product worth £200!
There is no communication, as they haven't replied to any of the several emails I've sent in the past months. The LiveChat is totally useless, as they keep asking me to send them an email, to which I am getting no reply whatsoever. On the LiveChat they keep me on hold forever, asking me totally unrelated questions. Basically they don't care and they are playing this game of who will get fed up quicker.
I have initiated a dispute with my bank and I will take legal action to resolve this. It will probably cost me more than the money they owe me, but on the other hand it will cost them thousands to defend themselves in Court.
I ordered 3 pairs of shorts from Banggood. One pair was defective with a broken button, and the other two were smaller then the label said. I wear 32 waist and these were not 32.
I called, asked for an exchange and they refused unless I paid the shipping which was more then the cost of the shorts to begin with.
Will not be using them again. Amazon from now on. Never had a problem with them.

Ordered a tea set with 6 glasses, with free delivery.
Strangely, i never received a confirmation of my order, so i wasnt actually sure it was successful. Luckily the next day, i received an email stating that my order had been shipped.
Around 2 weeks later, my order arrived.
The tea pot set was actually very small. The pictures made it look at least twice the size and ditto for the cups. It definitely didnt match what i was expecting in my mind.
Seems i've not been having much luck with purchasing items based on images lately. But it shows how taking good pictures of items can lead to a purchase - suckered me in for sure!
I havent actually tested the tea pot and cups yet, and being so small, im not sure i'd have an occasion to do so. Unless i invited some leprechauns over...
No real valid reason to return it, as i had technically received what i had paid for.
Will still buy from Banggood again, i just think i need to be more careful with buying items, based purely on the images that i see.

Ordered some warm looking pajamas to prepare for the oncoming winter weather.
After receiving a confirmation email of my order, i was also notified the same day that my item had shipped out.
My item then arrived 12 days later. Pleasantly surprised and happy that it was less than 2 weeks from date of purchase to delivered date. This is quicker than some products which have shipped locally!
Mind you, this isnt always the case, but based on this purchase, i can and definitely will be buying from BangGood again.
Currently, no issues with recommending them to others as well.

After receiving a confirmation email later that day, my item was then marked as shipped the next. Around 11 days later, my item arrived.
The more you spend with BangGood, the more points you collect which can be later redeemed for coupons which give you a discount to different tiers of spending. A good way to be rewarded (or encouragement to spend more)
The quality of BangGood items can vary, but for this purchase, i was happy with my boxers.

After hearing great things about Xiaomi and seeing a good price on the 10,000mAH one from Banggood it sounded like a good time to give it a try.
The powerbank itself is amazing, incredible build quality, nice packaging, great design and performance.
Banggood was prompt with their emails, although their site is a bit confusing. PayPal is offered as a payment method however which makes things a breeze.
Postage took forever. But it arrived safe and a great surprise.
Absolute rubbish online shopping site. Second time they messed up our orders with the message “We are sorry to tell you that the product you ordered is out of stock .Would you like to wait this product? Or cancel it? Or change to other product”. In other words screw your Christmas presents but thanks for your money. There is no way I recommend this site to anyone.
