EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED!
Horrible, Horrendous experience! A girlfriend and I purchased 2 dresses from Eveninggownsau.com. Firstly, they were weeks late with the delivery and then my dress was faulty, it was made so badly, I could not do up the zip with either the dress on or off. When I notified them, they would not take the dress back, they wanted me to get it fixed and they would only refund 50% of my expenses. Three dress makers advised that it was too poorly made and would not be worth the cost to repair. Eveninggownsau.com's next offer was a refund of 10% of the cost, I said no, then 20%, again no, and then they advised I could send it back but it would take an extremely long time and I would have to pay for postage and shipping. Their final offer has been $80 (the dress cost $135 plus postage), I gave in and accepted - I still have not seen the refund after six weeks of them promising the money would be in the account in 3 - 5 days. I can't wear the dress and I can't get it fixed. Absolute thieves!!!!
Beautiful dress!!! for the low price I was surprised at the extremely high quality of the sewing and material and the detail of the dress! very happy. I had a problem with payment through commonwealth to their account, so paypal worked better for me, of you have paypal, use that! This bank problem caused a delay in my order, but with their excellent service and through correspondence with me, they pushed the order and the production process and I received the dress well before the due date, with no delay!!!
I am very happy and will definitely purchase from here again!! They where very efficient and got my order in less than the time specified! Thank you very much andy, candy, fiona and the team at evening gowns.
