What I love about their products is that the company has stripped back marketing and created a simple and honest range which doesn't do the hard sell. The website is not flashy. The staff are friendly and offer advice freely. Complimentary samples (lots on offer!) can be ordered at time of purchase. And packaging is a humble sticker on a plain plastic container.
Products are priced reasonably in comparison to other brands on the market. I really just wish shipping could be cheaper! They use a tracked courier service to make sure all international orders get to their destination.
