I bought a woven trackie and a shirt on sale for 22 dollars with free shipping in australia. Both products were on exceptional sales and the products arrived with in a week. They yet are having a sale and I will am searching for more things I like as I type this review.
This was my second purchase from factorie online. As was my last purchase, the sale was excellent. For 50 dollars I bought a hoodie jacket chinos shoes plimsoles a beeanie and a simple shirt with free delivery. It was off a sale on the site. Deliveries took under a week.
I bought a whole series of clothing Items from factorie.com for cheap price of 40 dollars. this included any shirts pants and shoes. Now this is an australia-wide site so it delivers on quality. The price is good for me as a cheap uni goer. The downside i you must atlest spend 40 for delivery
Would buy from here again, based on this first experience
I believe this was my first purchase with Factorie. A good first way to test the quality of their items.
I ordered a few items of clothing including jeans, some shoes and a beanie. Shipping was free for orders over $40.
You have the choice to sign up or check out as a guest. Payment can be made via PayPal (among others). As a first order, i checked out as a guest and paid via PayPal.
My item was marked as shipped 5 days after my order was made. Delivery and tracking was via AusPost. Tracking and delivery notifications were sent via email, which is great to monitor the progress of your order. My delivery was made the same day as it was dispatched.
The time to get my items packed and shipped was acceptable as i'm sure Factorie had quite a few orders to process. Plus i wasnt in any rush
The jeans look nice enough (I havent had the opportunity to try them out yet). The shoes seem like they'll do the job. The beanie - definitely my best investment so far with this weather!
A good first experience with Factorie. Cant rate the quality/durability of their clothing as i havent really tried them out yet. But so far, i can say that there's a good probability that I'll be buying from them again, if the price(s) and the item(s) are right!
Oh Factorie, I really have to commend you on your great customer service.
My large order - 6 tops, sweat pants, a pair of shoes, bracelets, earrings, jumper...(I wanted to spend $40+ for free shipping!) arrived within 5 business days, I'm really happy with that. The quality isn't that marvellous but for the low prices, they are good. I often like to browse the sale section as there is no way I will buy at full price for some of these items.
Site is easy to navigate (I actually started shopping after popping by the estorereview page!) although I would like to see more photos of the clothes being modelled from different angles.
One of my tops had a hole in it and I was sent a chosen item of the same value for free to make up for it.
I ordered a whole pile of accessories from Factorie when they had a sale on. The items I purchased included shoes, bags, cosmetic purses, scarves and sunglasses.
To say I am thrilled with my purchases would be an understatement. The items I bought were a bargain, shipping was prompt (and free!) and the items were very carefully packed.
Having said that, I would have been disappointed had I paid full price for some of the items, particularly the shoes, but as I bought them on sale, I am really happy with my purchases.
I won't hesitate to buy from Factorie again and in fact, it is likely that I will keep an eye on the website for similar bargains in future.
