When the local stores didn't carry what I needed
I was in need of a spare part for my aquarium and had to reply on an online source since none of the local stores carried my particular part. I'm glad to say that I only had to wait just over a week for it to arrive and the price was quite good too! The only negative is the minimum spending limit, which required me to purchase an additional item.
