When the local stores didn't carry what I needed
I was in need of a spare part for my aquarium and had to reply on an online source since none of the local stores carried my particular part. I'm glad to say that I only had to wait just over a week for it to arrive and the price was quite good too!
The only negative is the minimum spending limit, which required me to purchase an additional item.

Lack of service
After spending over $1000 with this company the service was excellent. However god forbid if something breaks down while under warranty. Air pump started to weaken in the first month. The warranty is FULL of contradictory comments. Blame is placed on the buyer before the faulty equipment is examined and no come back for the customer. My advice is to go to a real pet store and compare the advantage of returning a faulty item as to dealing with this over the net. The operator confuses truth with honesty of opinion. Just tired of being ripped off and sellers thinking they get away with it.

Hi Robert,

Apologies for the delay in responding here, we just found this great website.

As discussed at the time of this incident, the unit simply required a replacement diaphragm which is not a part covered under warranty, these are designed to wear and be replaced as per your instruction manual. Whilst you state here the unit started to fail within the first month, it was many months after delivery before you contacted us.

We note your matter was resolved last year and the link to the diaphragm emailed to you.

Kind regards,

The Team @ aquaticsupplies
