Expensive poor quality shoes
I had a pretty bad experience with this shop.
Ordered a pretty looking Isabel Marant knock off sandals which arrived very quickly (took them about a week to arrive).
Unfortunately the quality was very poor: after only a few times of wear (about 3 weeks after I got them), the right sandal started to fall apart.
The sole was almost completely detached from the sandal.

Customer service was unhelpful and refused to compensate me although I sent pictures of the broken sole.

Will not buy there again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

For 130 USD I would expect a better quality and a helpful customer service.

Two thumbs down.
I had the same issue almost with them shoes were too sizes to small terrible customer service the shoes r not accurate the sizes are way off , i mean not jus one size .. I bought a us 10 ended up with like a us 8. Return them paid like 50.00 bucks to do that, for a us 11 ant those fit like a us 9. So im stuck with shoes that my heels hang off the back of .. They suck

What could you possibly do its been months and i gave the shoes to my sister.. You shoulda been on this subject when i was emailing you then ,but you ignored me when something could have been done ..Thats not customer service this is posted so you can look good to potential buyers..i work in customer service and this is not.. Beware buyer, there from asia and if you dont like your item. You will not be able to return unless you wanna pay like 100.00 to ship then if you do they cant track overseas so you could possibly lose unless they start using return shipping labels then you may be in luck.. Shoes do run to damn small..they also should be letting people know that as well.. Tired of getting ripped off by these companies overseas beware!!!

Not leather as advertised
I bought the Riley boots (Margiela open toe, wide top opening, ankle stiletto bootie knockoffs). The site says "leather upper" and they're clearly not leather, they're PU (pleather). The picture on the site looked like pony hair to me, so I just assumed it was real leather of some sort.

I saw a picture on Instagram tagged Jessica Buurman Riley boots and saw they were NOT real leather, but given the $139 price tag and the leather upper claim in the description, I trusted they'd be real. I'm sure they know the difference between real leather and PU. Wish they'd at least be honest about it and charge accordingly. For $100 more or sometimes even less, I could have bought a real Margiela pair :(

The shipping was on time, the design was dead on, but wrapping them in cheap pleather, lying about it and charging me what I would have paif for real leather shoes will probably not make me a returning customer. Sorry.

Giving service & warranty 1 star, because false advertisement nulls those 2 in my book.

Don't Order from this company
The company falsely portrays itself with an American name that causes you to purchase from them. Then they show photos of good quality products but once receive the products they are very poor quality. Synthetic material. They do not have a phone number and they do not pay for product return. The boots were too small and very very cheaply made. It was going to cost me $250 via UPS to send the boots back and the company has a PO Box so once it got to their country it could not be tracked which makes it easy for them to say they didn't get them. I feel scammed and would like to warn others of this company. I paid $139 for a boot of $10 quality.

Buyers Beware!
I deeply regret ordering with Jessica Buurman. I read these reviews and did so any way because I thought you need to take reviews with a grain of salt!

Turns out I am wrong. I keep getting emails from Jessica Buurman with the status of my order, then I get one saying my item has arrived and I have to contact "SF" there are no contact details for SF, or anything that even tells me what SF is. I email Jessica Buurman and am in contact with a customer service rep, (Mod: Personal name removed), who tells me I have to call SF in China!! I am based in Hong Kong, so ask for a Hong Kong number, am given one (still don't know why I am calling SF when the package is supposed to be delivered to me?), where I sit on hold for an HOUR, with no response. I am also at work!I email Jessica Buurman and ask for refund as I should not have to be tracking down the package and I get this message:

Thank you for your email.
I am sorry for the inconvenience this has brought to you.
We did ship your parcel to the write place, however we can not make control of the shipping company.
Maybe they just can not get contact with you. Or there is nobody to receive the package when it arrived.

THIS IS CRAZY. Jessica Buurman chose the shipping company, not me. I don't speak Mandarin or Cantonese so dealing with a foreign shipping company is not fair, nor my responsibility. Your customer service emails lack any support or advice. It should be noted that the item was shipping from Guangdong - which is 2hrs from Hong Kong in the mainland.

BUYERS BEWARE. PURCHASE AT JESSICA BUURMAN AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Sendy would not shop at Jessica Buurman again.
BAD EXPERIENCE - Will not recommend it
Place my order more than 2 weeks ago and it still in processing.

What was announced as a shipping issue is now turning after some digging from myself has a discrapancy. Been notified that my size is apparently no longer available. But when I log on the site it's still available to purchase, go figure out!!!

I've to admit that I've been offered a free shipping for the inconvenience but when I keep asking them to give me more details about how long I need to wait to get that pardon my French f&!king order, all I get is some days.

This is not enough. You either being honest with customers and tell them you messed up and the item won't return for X days but you don't keep them in the waiting zone. And having them chasing you for update. YOU MESSED UP NOT ME.

I paid you straight away, and Expect to get clear answer when I ask update on something you promise to deliver within a week.
