Pumpkin Patch online has had lots of sales and good deals recently such as free delivery. Ordered some winter clothes for my daughter from the winter sale section. ordered 2 pairs of leggings, 1 pair of jeans and 1 pair of shoes...all for $47! Great price and received parcel in 4 business days. great service as usual and well packaged.
I usually purchase Pumpkin Patch girls clothes as I think they have ones of the best ranges in Australia. There are at least a few hundred items to choose from - girls and boys clothes and accessories. They were having an online sale so I bought 2 dresses, a cardigan and a sun hat for my daughter. All were around 40% off. Delivery was also free with a code which they email members. I also think there is more stock online than in the stand alone stores. I would recommend you sign up for their emails so you are notified of sales and free delivery codes. Items were surprisingly dispatched the next day and I received the package 2 days later.

I ordered 10 items (girls tops, dresses and leggings) for $100 on Friday night, received a confirmation of order email and then received a confirmation of dispatch on Tuesday including a DHL tracking number. The goods arrived today (Wednesday).

I find the website to be a little overwhelming. Lots of overlapping categories and hard to navigate between them. I have just tried to find the returns policy again and can't find it at the moment.
this has to be my fav online store for kids. more choice than in store as stores sometimes run out of stock. great shopping online as every item is easily seen and displayed...much easier than sorting through the items in an actual store. i most recently bought some xmas presents for my kids and their friends..mainly accessories such as hairclips, hats and socks. they also have sales regularly. customer service is excellent. i lost my credit card the day after i place my recent order and they sent me an email to say they will hold my order for 5 days until i get my new cards. when i later phoned customer service with my new card details the lady was so lovely and polite. i told them i appreciated them waiting to process my order. shipping is sometimes free depending on the special sales they have. package usually arrives in around 1 week. love this site and will always shop with them.
