The winter was wet and hitting spring it was still raining, I decided to shop for some rain boots.
I was searching online for short ankle rain boots and know that I really love these Burberry ones so I search this website to find the ones I wanted, They had the cheapest price with free postage and handling.
I purchased the item for $312.80 AUD.
The item arrived in 4 business day, wrapping and packaging was execellent. The boots fit me perfectly and it was in brand new condition.
I was happy, the boots are very comfortable to wear and keeps my feet warm.
I purchased a Kate Spade handbag for myself as a very special treat. As some of you may know, Kate Spade items are very hard to come by locally. After some internet research, I chose to purchase the handbag I wanted online from US store Neiman Marcus. They specialise in designer goods, so don't expect too much leeway on prices - though you can see what's on sale easily by clicking the 'Sale' category, and maybe snag an end-of-season bargain.
Not only can you choose to shop in AUD, shipping to Australia is quite reasonable - shipping for my order was free because I spent over $250. I could also track the package. It wasn't shipped immediately (they ask to allow 5 business days to process international orders) but in total I waited around 3 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation email for my package to arrive. Considering it came from the US, this is phenomenal.
You can contact their customer service reps via email, as I did. They were very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. The website itself is easy to navigate, especially if you know what you're looking for. And even if you don't, they carry a huge range of designer clothing, accessories, jewellery, beauty products, home wares, shoes, etc. for women, men and kids, so browse away.
I wanted a Michael Kors bag as a Christmas present for myself and unfortunately the Australian shop didn't stock the style I want. After extensive research, I cam across Neiman Marcus.
Even though it was Christmas/New Year period, Michael Kors wasn't on sale which was to be expected considering the exclusivity of the product. The pricing is the same as the michael kors website (which doesn't ship to Australia unless you call up), so they definitely don't overprice their items. Shipping was also free if you spent over a certain amount, plus you can change the currency to AUD$ so you know how much you are spending.
The process took a while. I paid by credit card and it took them 4 days before payment was authorised (not sure if this is their fault, or the my bank or the busy period). My parcel was then shipped 2 days later and arrived approximately 2 weeks later. Even though it was a long process, they email you at every milestone so you know what is going on.
Will definitely shop here again whenever I need a designer item not available in Australia!
