The quoting and ordering process was easy and we have so far had notifications of each stage of the process. However, we are yet to receive our blinds that were shipped last week, I'm sure we will receive them soon.

I have been very impressed with the service, quality of product and speed of delivery from yes blinds. I will definitely be using them again. My only suggestion would be to try and give a better idea of colour of end product by improving the quality and size of the images on your site.
Blinds were terrific and exactly what I wanted. The only small problem was that one of the boxes was slightly damaged in transit and resulted in a couple of brackets being bent.

Measuring height externally should provide additional allowance of the fixing brackets since they would normally be fixed above the architrave or head.

Everything did not go perfectly but the recovery follow up was excellent Labelling could be improved as it was not evident that some blades were missing & a few small brackets had been left out.
The measurements I gave the product was exact. Having the samples of material was another excellent idea. Proved to be very helpful
