I ordered a pair of jeans, a collar, an eyeshadow, a lipstick and a pair of shoes (which were meant for a concert) from Dollskill almost a month ago. Their website claimed that shipping ($20) was express and would take no more than 5 days. After about 3 days, I got an email telling me the jeans were actually out of stock, which wasn't a big deal as they were for a friend and she didn't mind. After I emailed them back and said that I'm happy for the money for the jeans to be refunded, I didn't get a reply for two days. Then I waited another week to get an email saying that I'd been refunded for the shoes I'd ordered (the only reason I made the order in the first place was because these particular shoes had been on sale) because they were also out of stock. Totally not cool.
The package arrived this morning. The eyeshadow was not wrapped in bubble wrap and all the items were just thrown into a box. Considering it was being sent international, I'd expect more, especially with fragile objects like eyeshadow. They included a 'free gift'...which was a pair of socks with 'Dolls Kill' written on them. No way will I be wearing them to promote their website.
What was supposed to be an awesome bargain with great products and 4-5 day shipping turned into a small package of things, a pair of ugly socks and over 3 weeks worth of waiting. I won't be buying from them ever again.
They're also very unprofessional in the way they speak to their customers. They are more than happy to use language (not in a nasty manner, but still not appropriate) on their facebook page and website, and in their emails if theyre not in the office their email says theyre 'busy rokkin out'.
