We purchased several items from their online store and received them in an unbelievably quick amount of time. Excellent quality products as you can come to expect from UNIQLO.
The pricing was quite good too, however not as good as UNIQLO in other countries.

Great quality and value for money clothing with free shipping over $100
Ordered a merino wool jumper and received free delivery as part of a promotion Uniqlo were running (typically free delivery is only available for orders over $100).
I received an email confirming my order on the same day of purchase. 3 days later, i received an email stating that due to the large number of orders following the promotion, there would be a slight delay in having my item shipped - this was a nice touch, being informed. Many companies don't communicate a thing.
The next day, my item was marked as shipped with a tracking number to arrive 5 days later. The shipping delay was expected, but the time in transit was actually quite surprising, as previous orders from Uniqlo typically arrived within 3 days. Not sure what caused the delay, but no real big deal overall.
I love the quality of Uniqlo and their value for money and the fact that they have physical stores too.
However, you have to be aware that purchases made online cannot be returned or exchanged in store and a handling fee is also charged for any returns (luckily i have not needed to do so as yet) - it seems refunds for online and in store purchases are handled separately (with their own terms and conditions).
Nevertheless, happy to buy from Uniqlo again, both in store and online
Item: Bought Ultra Light Down Jacket and Heattech turtleneck top. Both items had good quality fabric, very soft and comfortable. Especially love the Ultra Light Down jacket which was super light and can be folded and packed into an attached pouch. Great for travelling.
Delivery: Arrived in 7 days. Well packed and have to sign on delivery so the package isn't just dumped on your doorstep.
Shipping: Had a special offer of free shipping for purchases above $50, otherwise free shipping for purchases above $100 or pay $8.00
