Bought a starter kit, very easy to use, off the smokes about 6 months now, good collection of flavors, very good service.
I think I was one of the unlucky ones and got a faulty one. But i emailed them about it and they were very prompt. The next working day they had some out to change it and were very apologetic.

May I say that every time I have ordered from this company I have received very good service with delivery quicker than expected on every occasion. Both my wife and I find the superior choice a most enjoyable juice and in fact despite purchasing juice from other retailers in the West Midlands area have not been able to better the taste of this one.
Will continue to use this company for the forseeable future.

Everything ok except i purchased a dual starter kit from your shop in Morley West Yorkshire before it closed down.The kit was brilliant,i saw the exact one on your website with 1100mh firebird battery.When it arrived it was not the same.The 1100mh battery was 5mm shorter and does not have the firebird logo as shown on your website
