I bought Isabella Scandinavian Style Office Desk and Leo Scandinavian Style Bedside Table from Retrojan.
The products were shipped in a timely manner and came in very sturdy packaging and lots of padding inside. This is probably the best packaging I have ever seen from an online store.
The quality of the products was also very good. It does help that they have a showroom in Melbourne, so I was able to check out the products in person before placing an order.
The only complaint I have is that after receiving the products, I sent an email to report that one part on the office desk was damaged / missing. Retrojan never responded to my email. But luckily I was able to resolve the problem on my own and then emailed Retrojan again to say that there is no problem after all. Even though everything ended up just fine, I would have appreciated Retrojan responding to my initial email about a potential problem.
