Shipping was extremely fast and worth the money, tracking was provided and the items arrived very well packed, they also helped with communication of items that were not in stock, they issued a store credit for the items that were not in stock.
Ordered a computer part online for pickup, went into the store after work and only had to wait a few minutes to be served/receive the order. Great prices across their whole range, which is huge.
I used to buy an Intel CPU and Gigabyte graphic card at Umart Mt Waverley Store a while ago. I just place an order online and pay on pickup. Customer service is responsive. Plus you will get $10 discount for each item you order online rather than order at their store.
