when i placed my order, the website was having issues, so my order was placed twice. contacted customer service to cancel the duplicate and the response was quick and helpful
my order was confirmed and marked as shipped the next day. the items arrived separately 3 and 6 days later, respectively. a little surprised as i expected both items to arrive together, and there was no indication that they were shipped separately.
i was not home to receive one of the packages, but i was able to organise it to be redelivered, which was an easy process
the shoe shelf required self assembly. both do the job they were purchased for, though the rack was a little larger than expected. but i can say im happy enough with the purchase
overall, a good experience without any issues. based on this experience, would buy from CrazySales again

Received an email confirming my purchase. The order was marked as shipped the next day after payment was made, with a tracking number. Generally, I find that the item will arrive before the tracking number is actually active, but i guess it gives you peace of mind.
The item arrived after 5 more days. So overall, less than a week from date of purchase to date of delivery. So no problems with that.
No feedback on the massager so far, so i guess, so far so good. Hopefully!

purchased these more out of necessity than for great prices. decided to get it all from one store for convenience
decided to give sheridan a try as ive always heard about how their items were good quality
i received an order confirmation (same day) and and item dispatched notification 2 days later
my items were sent out in 3 separate packages - 1 arriving at my home 6 days later the remaining 2 were somewhat frustratingly delivered (the next day, after the first delivery) straight to my local post office rather than to my home, meaning i had to go pick them up. no idea why this was the case, maybe the driver had had a long day!
sadly, the travel mug was sent out in a random color and i didnt receive the one i was hoping for, the cutlery set was merely functional and the sheridan was not up to the quality i had been expecting from all the hype
overall, no problems with the service, but a little disappointed with quality and delivery (though i cant blame crazysales for that)
would buy from them again, but the buzz of the buy fizzled a little with the experience of this purchase =)
