They're my first pair of glasses so I can't compare quality per se, but they seem to be very sturdy and fit me perfectly. They came well packaged, with a small cleaning kit (cloth, solution & screwdriver) and a case.
Clearly contacts usually have good deals from time to time. I purchased Kam Dhillon Frames 3009. The price was great too. When I received the glasses, they weren't of the best quality, but I guess you get what you pay for. I would recommend this site if you are looking for cheap glasses.
