Good prices and quality items. Inconvenient process for incomplete orders
Ordered a suit in preparation for the increasing number of weddings that were being organised. Delivery was free due to my order being over $40.
Received an order confirmation the same day after paying via Paypal, with my item being marked as shipped 2 days later.
My item arrived in 2 weeks later (probably due to the holiday break).
Unfortunately, it arrived without the stated suit bag, which they could not send separately. Their offered solution was to send the suit back and re-purchase the same suit (which was no longer in stock), which they would check that it included the suit bag, or to send the item back for a full refund.
As i was happy with the suit, i decided to keep it and forgo the suit bag, though i was a little disappointed with not receiving a complete order and the service offered.
Nevertheless, my past purchases with Asos have always been generally trouble free, so i would purchase from them again.
I searched the website - it was a bit hard to shop because they have so many clothes - categories are very basic and needs breaking down.
I spent ages on the website. They have a lot of good stock but it just makes shopping a lot longer.

Item received - quality was less than expectation.
I was ok with the items. I thought the long blazer was abit dear for its pricing.
I have to admit it, I LOVE asos. I am addicted. The best thing is if you buy their Premier service. That way you can buy things, have a little look at them, and send them back if they don't cut the mustard.
If you don't have premier, it's not worth it - the stock varies wildly and you will end up paying a billion dollars in returns. But with premier, you can buy something cheap and fun every couple of weeks or month and update your wardrobe for only in this order, I bought a beautiful Vila dress for only $58, which I am going to wear to a wedding soon.

Ordered some shoes and shirts to add to my wardrobe. Delivery was free with orders over $40.
My order was marked as shipped the next day and arrived 5 days after. 1 week in total, which is good in my books.
Unfortunately, the shirts did not suit me, so i arranged for a refund. I had to complete the necessary forms and pay for the courier to pick up the items from an address of my choice.
I was informed of the status of my return and the refund was processed quickly. I appreciated the simplicity and ease of the returns process and gave me confidence to continue to purchase from Asos, without as much fear of being stuck with items i regret buying.
Happy to continue to shop at Asos, and recommend them to others.
Good selection of products with super fast delivery
Ordered a jacket with hood in preparation for the winter chill. As my order was over $40, i received free delivery.
My order was confirmed on the same day of purchase and an email was sent the next day stating that my item had been shipped. It only took 5 days for my item to arrive.
The jacket was thick and definitely warm, so can say im happy with my purchase, as well as the quick shipping times.
Am happy to recommend Asos and will continue to purchase from them.
I recently bought a Closet midi skirt in navy from ASOS, and it is one of my absolute favourites. It fits fantastically and the cut is gorgeous!
I feel like I am biased towards ASOS because I bought ASOS Premier membership a while back, so shipping and returns are always free.
I think if I didn't have it, I would buy less from ASOS because returns are expensive - and it took me two goes to find the correct size in the skirt because I had to size up due to the brand running very, very small!
But my skirt is amazing! I wore it to dinner with the other half's family the other night, and I felt so elegant and pretty. Go Closet brand, and go ASOS for stocking Closet brand.
Ordered a couple of V Neck shirts, a regular Tee and a pair of jeans from Asos in an attempt to update my warddrobe.
Due to the total amount of my order, shipping was free.
My order was confirmed the same day and dispatched the next day. Actual delivery of my items was quite long as well, taking over 3 weeks to arrive.
Unfortunately, the Tee and jeans were unsuitable, so i arranged a courier to pick it up for a return & refund. There is a $5 charge to arrange a return pickup. The process was quite easy and the courier was quick to arrive. My refund was processed within 2 weeks.
I guess i was a little disappointed with the delivery time and the items purchased (but thats the risk of online buying where the item looks nicer than it actually is), but the refund process is very easy and quick.
Overall, i would still be happy to purchase from Asos again
