The sizing from UK/US sizing that they have is a bit weird and different to the Australian sizing... So you need to be aware and prepared when you order from ASOS. However I was very happy when purchasing 2 pairs of skinny jeans that I ordered! I advise everyone using ASOS to ALWAYS look at the materials of the products that you are purchasing to avoid being so disappointed when receiving your products! Especially with jeans if you like more stretchy ones versus more thicker jeans, and that is all told in the material composition. Shipping is quite fast as usual, considering that it comes from the UK and takes around 7 working days!
This was my first time ordering something off Asos. I had heard alot of positive comments from friends and families, so i thought i would give it a try.
I purchased a skirt which was on sale. As soon as i purchased the item, i received a confirmation email from asos. A few hours later, i received another email saying that my order had been dispatched. Two days later i recieved another email saying that my skirt was on its way and i would receive it soon. The very next day, i came home to find the the skirt outside on my porch.
I must say, that most websites dont usually live up to their hype but asos did. The skirt fitted perfectly and looked exactly as it did on their website. I was not expecting to recieve it so fast either.
Definately a online store that i highly recommend.
I ordered a sleeveless green vest from ASOS. The service was impeccable - I received it within a week. I've never had a problem ordering from ASOS, and the prices mean that it's much more affordable.
I used asos to purchase a size for a Birthday I had coming up. I found one I liked in the outlet section which was great because it was in sale!! Straight after I ordered the CSS I received a confirmation email and shortly afterwards, I received email saying it was dispatched. The dress fitted great and was exactly how I pi turned it tone.
Overall, it was a very easy process and have since bought many items off their website.

I've ordered from ASOS many times and rarely have I've ever been disappointed. Though I would say that their products are generally more expensive compared to other online shops, you are still getting your moneys worth because shipping is free.
Also, (and this is probably what I love about them most), is their Returns system is so easy and cheap for international buyers. I live in Sydney most of the time I cannot return goods that i've bought online cause of the hassle and the return shipping cost. But ASOS costs about $7-8 to return. WHICH IS VERY CHEAP.
Their own brand products are also very reasonably priced and decent quality. I own a couple of party dresses from them and i'm quite pleased with the quality, at least for the price! They've been in the wash a couple of times and still held up, especially around the bust area. Overall very pleased. :)
