Not impressed
Ordered a set of Sennheiser headphones.
Initial process was a bit convoluted but the headphones were delivered quickly.
Whilst the price for the item looked great the shipping costs were HUGE, however still cheaper than local stores so I decided to proceed.
Headphones arrived boxed and undamaged but did not work, so I contacted a local Sennheiser service centre as they were just around the corner. However eGlobal are not an authorised dealer so the headphones are not covered by Sennheiser warranty.
Organised return for replacement which was even more convoluted and painful. Courier collected and delivery was tracked. It took 2 weeks for eGlobal to agree that they were not working.
It has now been another 10 days since they agreed that they would send a replacement but nothing has arrived and no notice received.
Even if I do receive the headphones and get long and happy use out of them I would struggle to find a reason to shop at eGlobal again.
Shame as I own a number of SLRs and would have been a repeat customer if they had their house in order.

Arrived spot on time , great product
Place an order late Dec. Then decided to add items to the original order . No extra postage and no problem. Told when package would arrive and it did . Great price , great service , great people to deal with. Would I use them again ? You bet !!

Lens purchase
I ordered a lens from eGlobal on the 17th December, and Toll tried to deliver on the 20th December, and apparently also on the 21st December. We were home all day on the Saturday. Unfortunately Toll requires a signature to deliver. This I have no problem with, but they did not leave any delivery note nor any other communication so had no idea that the item was there. I contacted eGlobal on the 2nd January, and they provided the tracking number and where the item was within minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend eGlobal but be aware that Toll on my experience do not leave any communication if no one is there to sign for the item.
