I ordered a Dell 12 7000, with 16 GB RAM, and i got the lap top on wednesday, that is in three days from Tasmania,that is a great service, the laptop is fantastic, with all the said features and for a reasonable price.It had the full three year Dell warranty as described. I wish I have known them before, i have told about them to several of my friends, and few have already placed their orders. Thank you Entique systems
