Izzz is a leading online bedding store deals in Doona Covers or Quilt Covers and Bedspreads throughout Australia along with wide range of Bedding products and all sizes to select from.
This company also trades under the name Bedding Square. This company is atrocious. They will take your payment, send a confirmation email and then never send the products ordered. When you send an email seeking the products or a refund they will send you back emails promising either to deliver the products or provide a refund but they never do. After 7 weeks of waiting I have received neither. I have now lodged a claim with PayPal and in response the company has told lies to PayPal. I have never before encountered an online seller as bad as this one. BE WARNED!!!
Placed order 3 weeks ago, still hasn't arrived. Told repeatedly it would be shipped soon. Eventually they advised it was out of stock. Asked for refund... time will tell.
