Dead flowers and late DO NOT SHOP HERE
I ordered a herb set for my sister's 30th birthday and spent over $100. One showed up dead, plus late and they didn't honour the discount on their website. They look like you could pull it together and spend $20. Very misleading photos. When I told them one was dead they told me there was nothing that could be done and for me to have a nice day. THE WORST FLORIST EVER! Do not shop here!
Great variety, great daily deals you can choose from and great prices. No complaints at all. The quality and range of flowers is excellent. I would highly recommend this website over others as it provides good value for money.
It was my aunty's birthday and I wanted to surprise her by sending her a card, balloon and a bunch of flowers for her birthday. I searched google for "Flower Deliveries near Coburg" and Easy Flowers was on the list. I saw it was based in Coburg and so I decided to click on their website to check out what they had, prices and delivery details. As it turned out they had a huge range of flower selections, cards and balloons available for order plus a delivery charge depending on location. I chose a bunch of tulips, a balloon that said "Happy Birthday" and a card which had a birthday message which I entered online into the account that I set up prior to making the order. It was cheap and they guaranteed delivery on the day you request. I highly recommend this online flower delivery store. They have a huge range, top website that is easy to navigate and very reasonable prices for orders and delivery costs.
The flowers weren't delivered to the specified address during their stated delivery time frame, turns out the delivery driver dropped them off at the wrong address, and my neighbour came by later that night to give them to me.
when I contacted the store, they apologized and refunded the delivery fee straight away.
I notified the store of the address mix up, and they assure me it will not happen again should I order from them in the future.
Heard some bad news and thought I would send some flowers interstate (SYD/VIC). Did a quick search online and found this site. It was quick and easy to pick the type of arrangement/flowers, the time and date of delivery and to top it off, the prices listed online were discounted. Although their original prices were very competitive when I did some research. They were cheaper delivered than the local flower shop metres from where the intended recipient was. She was shocked and so happy to receive this little beautifully presented gesture. Would not hesitate in buying from again.
