My order arrived in 4 business days, well half my order. The other half I will have to wait for as it isn't in stock yet (I'm glad they sent them separately).
I went ahead with my purchase as I had received a code for $20 off and free shipping so of course I had to buy things + test out their service. They have reviews for all their products which was great because it helped me with sizing.
I probably won't be back though because shipping isn't free and the prices aren't that enticing nor their product range.
For what it's worth, they are a decent online store but I won't be back unless I spot something I really want.

I called EziBuy to advise my disappointment regarding the Sara singlet top that was supposed to be TUNIC length - I told the very helpful operator that they didn't appear to be tunic length. After some time on the phone I was advised that they were meant to be 70cm long - mine was 63cm - it had shrunk 10% - I was also advised that they had received some reviews to this effect, I was encouraged to write a review - I did and until then I didn't realise that they edited the reviews to display them in order of best to worst - TAKE A LOOK NEXT TIME - I then did another review giving it 5 stars but added the comments that I was extremely disappointed. I got an email reply in it they filled it full of lies that they didn't edit reviews and that they are listed in order of receipt and my new one was listed LAST - why on earth would a customer look from the oldest reviews to the newest review??? they do not display a date on any of their reviews as this would clearly show their bias to make all the good ones at the top and the bad ones toward the bottom with the hope that no one looks that far. I certainly didn't look that far! I doubt I will ever buy from EziBuy again - they lie - they misrepresent their product by editing reviews. That said their telephone customer service staff have been excellent - it is their unethical marketing department that needs to be fixed.
I've used ezibuy quite a few times before but for clothing. This time I ordered some coffee mugs and tried their Simply Collection option to save on postage. It worked really well. The package arrived at a Big W and I picked up from there. Items were all packaged well and as per photos on website.
I recently purchased a few casual tops from Ezibuy as well as a pair of bathers. I was buying one of the tops to replace one exactly the same that I have worn to death and needed to replace and I was pleased to see that they are still stocking that same style.
I was really pleased with this order. Of the 5 tops I ordered, I intend to return 1 as the style does not suit me, but the other 4 tops and the bathers fit me really well.
The items were well packed and arrived 5 days after ordering, to WA, with priority shipping. Another successful purchase!

This order was no different. I ordered 3 shirts, 2 that were the same style as other shirts I have previously bought and one that was a new style.
I am really happy with all 3 of the shirts. They were exactly as described and I found the sizing to be accurate. The order arrived within a reasonable time for its travel to WA and the items were well packed.
I don't need to return any of these shirts as they all fit well, however I was really pleased to discover that since my last purchase, they have updated their returns process and there is now a $6.50 return postage sticker included in the parcel. When you return an item, they deduct $6.50 from your refund cost, saving money on the return postage. I think this is a great addition to their already outstanding service.
I would happily recommend that others buy from Ezibuy.
I placed an order for two t-shirts from Ezibuy when they had a coupon code in a Woolworths catalogue.
As I was ordering t-shirts that I already have, just in different colours, there was no guess work with sizing as I knew what I was buying and I knew they would fit.
Shipping took as long as would be expected to WA and the items were well packed, as always.
I bought 3 tops from Ezibuy as I was having no luck finding anything I liked in physical stores and sometimes Ezibuy has a better range than local shops that seem to be more slaves to current trends.
Two of the tops arrived first as they were from standard Ezibuy lines. They are nice enough, I don't love them, but they are suitable for work so I will keep them.
The third top was from Next so it shipped separately and arrived a little later than the others. That one is a real winner, I love that one so much I have ordered another one, exactly the same. I have to go up a size in Next, as they seem to run a little small, but I have liked all the Next clothing I have bought from Ezibuy thus far and it is an inexpensive brand, so I am quickly becoming a fan.
