If you are looking for a subscription service that does not actually provide you with your subscriptions and you like paying for products you don't receive this is the subscription service is for you. Keeping track of their products and the status of their suppliers is not necessary for this organisation. If you happen to ask where your subscriptions are here are some of the lovely (excuses) reasons as to why you may not have received your magazine. Firstly the overseas distributor is no longer suppling to Australia, not sure when they will send more issues but, you can wait if you like :) Here is another, the supplier has gone into liquidation oops. Here is my favourite we have just emailed the publishers (we have no idea). I was fortunate to purchase three subscriptions and received all three (excuses) reasons as to why I did not receive my magazines. To their merit I have almost received a full refund, apparently they need to contact one of the publishers before they are willing to give me my money back. Had to push for them to pay me electronically, no way was I going to get a cheque, it is 2016 or a store credit. But seriously a store credit, you sir, have balls !
