I recently took advantage of Priceline’s 40% off cosmetics sale by stocking up on some mascaras. I also ordered a few skincare and pharmacy items that were not available in my local Priceline.
I placed my order on 19 November 2015. The Priceline website said that there would be delays in delivery times. I assume that this was due to the cosmetics sale. On 27 November 2015, I received an email saying that my order had been sent and they included a tracking number. I received my order on 4 December 2015.
When Priceline had another fantastic 40% off cosmetics sale, I took the opportunity to buy: Rimmel Lasting Finish Nude Foundation, L'oreal True Match Foundation, Models Prefer Argan Infusion Natural Foundation, Rimmel Scandaleyes Eye Shadow Stick, Bourjois Volume Glamour Mascara, L'oreal Infallible 2-Step Longwear Lipstick and several SinfulColors nail polishes.
I ordered my products on 7 April 2016. I received an email on 14 April with a tracking number to confirm that my order had been sent. I received my box of products on 18 April. Everything was enclosed in bubble wrap and the nail polishes had not leaked. Although the delivery time was slow, this sometimes occurs when ordering during one of Priceline’s busiest periods.
I love Revlon nail polish, and I'm obsessed with their transforming effects range! I keep finding that they are out of stock in store, which drives me mad, so I looked for them online.
Priceline is the cheapest I have found online that stocks this line, so I went a bit crazy and bought 4 of them.
My favourite of the four is the Cosmic Flakes: Holographic awesomeness! I love the rest too and recommend the brand AND the store!
Although I had to pay for shipping, I was happy to pay for this as they were out of stock in stores. :-)
Easy to use website but after sales service could be improved
I was browsing the site for the catalogue and, to my pleasant surprise, found that they now have an online store! Fabulous as I have had problems in the past where I visit a store only to find the items sold out. The interface was intuitive and purchasing was a breeze.
However, I have now found that their after sales service is lacking. I bought a "free gift with purchase" item and the free gift was never sent. There was no phone number that I could find on their website so - reading through the website - I attempted to log into the Sister Club in order to contact them. I reset my password twice on Sister Club and still could not log in. I have now logged a "Quick Returns" form and let's see how it goes. Will write a follow-up review depending on the service I receive.
