I placed an order from Lush as a gift for a friend who lives some distance from me. Despite being a regular internet shopper, this was a new experience for me and I am happy to report that Lush made it easy.
The Lush shopping cart was easy to navigate and it was easy for me to select "gift" as an option, along with a gift wrapping option (in this case, a fabric wrap for the items to be wrapped in). It was comforting to know that I could place the order in this way (something that I now realise not all websites allow) and that the order would be sent with my gift giving intentions in mind.
The order arrived promptly and by all reports from my friend, it was well received.
I will order from Lush online again as I find it much, much easier than battling the crowds at the large shopping centres in which their stores are located.
