Disappointed777 would not shop at Rebel Sport again.
Delivered item to wrong address and told me to collect it.
I recently placed my first (and last) purchase order with Rebel Sport for delivery to my home address. Working from home I've been present at the address all day every weekday from placing the order to date of delivery. On the date of delivery I received an SMS notifying me that the item was at another address which I was unable to get to, and that I had to go and collect it. I contacted Rebel Sport about the matter at the earliest time and still haven't heard back from them.
Ordered a pair of running shoes. Arrived after 7 days could have been a little quicker. They are Australian based with a great range of sporting goods.
I purchased a Fly Active Running Waist Pocket from this website for $20.99.
The first good experience about this purchase was that it retails for $29.99 normally and Rebel Sport were selling it on their website for $20.99.
The second thing was that they offer free shipping (& returns) on all footwear & clothing orders in Australia, so I didn't have to pay any shipping. Bonus!
The item arrived two days after I ordered it and was packed well so that it arrived undamaged.
In the past I've been hesitant to shop at Rebel Sport as I had the misconception that their prices were higher than other online stores, but after shopping around on this occasion I was pleasantly surprised to be wrong.
I also noticed on their site that you can check if the item is in stock at your nearest Rebel Sport store, so you can just go in and pick it up instead. That could be handy if you want to order something bulky like gym equipment and want to avoid the shipping.
