after spending an hour choosing all of my craft products and placing the orders for them, nothing turned up. Even rang at one point and was told it would be there in a few days. Rang back a week later and there was no order. Simply disappeared into cyber space. Hopefully they will sort out their glitches if they want to compete in the internet market.
After three very disappointing experiences shopping online with three large, well-reputed, Australian national retailers where delivery completely failed and remedy for non-performance was less than satisfactory, Spotlight was delightful to deal with through all stages of the process. The items purchased were all supplied, the delivery took only four days and arrived when they said it would, and not only that, the delivery actually arrived at my door as promised by a very professional, friendly, and efficient staff member. I'd recommend Spotlight to anyone (it's not just craft supplies!) and suggest to other large retailers that they follow their example, before they lose more customers.
