You can receive a refund in store within 14 days after purchase should the product not be what you hoped. I love this feature because I always feel safe and know I can return it if it doesnt suit. I browsed and search for my favourite shoes to add to my collection.
I once had these stripe heels and was devasted when it was wrecked. I threw them out and hoped to find another similar pair.

I was excited, and made a purchase for the black/white stripe show. I used a discount voucher to get 20% off $80 so total amount was $73.95 including postage.
I believed that this was a reasonable price for TB shoes, received next business day - with free tote bag ! I loved the shoes, fit perfect ! and love the tote bag, where I can put my clothes and shoes in there when carrying many things for example on the runway etc.
