Took Magshop over a month to place orders for subscriptions with publishers, missing January deadline so no deliveries for my kid's magazines until third week of Feb. Don't bother subscribing via Magshop, there are links on their site to the publishers, just deal direct and save time and money plus get actual customer service - zero response to emails to Magshop and calling got rude staff who just huffed at me and told me I would have to deal direct with publishers anyway as they are just a middle man and don't handle anything but payment.
