Karmaloops shipping times are RIDICULOUS. My email told me two weeks, and it took four. The website often advertises one thing and provides something completely different. The product itself (a pair of jeffrey campbell shoes) were incredible though. I will probably go back to karmaloop because of their cheap prices, but will pay via paypal just in case something were to go wrong.
I've shopped at karmaloop twice now for different products, and I have to say I've been disappointed with their shipping.
Recently, I ordered several hats for my sister's birthday. I paid extra to get it shipped within 14 days maximum. Sadly, the package arrived AFTER 14 days. They do provide a tracking number but this is not very reassuring because it looks like all their packages get sent from America, detour to Germany and then arrive in Australia. This is very frustrating as they use DHL for their shipping and with the extra fee I had paid I'd honestly expected prompter service.
I contacted their staff a week after the package had arrived as, being in Japan, I only heard from my sister second hand. They did not reply immediately but rather two days later, and though they did offer compensation for future orders I did not feel that this was appropriate since I probably will never buy from here again.
Karmaloop is great in that it has so many products fitting a street style. Prices can be affordable or impossible depending on the brand and what you're looking at - overall though, it is not the most affordable clothing site online.
At first glance I was very impressed with Karmaloop as everything they sold was exactly my style, they sell a wide range of clothing and accessories and even home ware. I purchased two items off here and shipping to New Zealand was expected to take up to two weeks. It ended up taking over a month and when I contacted them about my order I did not get a reply. Great products for sale but bad service and shipping is unreliable.
