I purchased the metropolis grip top bag after seeing in the shop. I received a 20% discount for buying online. This is one of my favourite bags now. Very happy. Took 3 days for product to arrive via registered post. Recommend Oroton online to all.
I purchased a umbrella from the origin outlet sale- it was 50% off. once the umbrella arrived, it wasn't closing properly so I emailed Oroton asking them How I can get it fixed. They replied saying that all their products come with a years warranty and that all I had to do was take it to my nearest oroton store (with the receipt) and they would issue me a new umbrella.
I took it to my local store and was given a new umbrella without any questions.
My mother had called me one day whilst I was at work, told me that she had left her umbrella on the train, she loved that umbrella, not because it was oroton, but because the colour was her favourite.
I went online straight away to search for the same umbrella, unfortunately, it seemed like that season colour was sold out and not even ebay had anything.
I went to the oroton website to check them out, they only had the new stock in.
So I checked their SALE tab on the website and it showed a few items.
I spotted large o small umbrella colour: magenta
I placed an order for this sale item @ $26 and was lucky enough that there was no shipping fee during the festive season.
The item arrived in a box, and well wrapped. no damages and it was perfect. It was a great gift again for my mother - this time she can put it in her bag instead of using the big handle umbrella.
I will definitely buy from Oroton again, their website was user friendly.
I purchased 3 handbags/wallets from Oroton in November. They arrived in 4 business days nicely packaged. Unfortunately one of the bags had a fault on the handle so had to return it. I emailed head office and they replied in less than 24 hours with a reply paid code for a free return. I received my refund back onto my credit card in around 3 weeks. Overall excellent and fast service from Oroton. Delivery time was good and also they were quick to rectify orders too.
My second order from Oroton's online shop. The first order contained a couple of item with scratches so had to refund them. This time the wallet I ordered was in perfect condition and even packaged/wrapped better. Overall a great experience. Fast postage (received item within 6 business days) especially seeing as it was a 50% off sale. Website easy and clear to navigate too. Would definitely buy from here again. Good idea to sign up for emails so you know when they have sales.
Oroton had a 50% off sale recently and I purchased 3 wallets and 1 pair of cufflinks for xmas/birthday presents. Great prices as 50% off all those items. easy to order and pay for online. Dispatched 4 days later via courier. Delivery is now $15, probably because they use a courier company now. Small price to pay for your goods to arrive safely. very happy with the purchases and delivery time. One wallet did have a small mark on it but I just exchanged it for another one in the store.
