I bought a number of items from THinkgeek - Christmas presents for the family. There were four separate items that were each less than $2. Unfortunately the economy shipping meant there was a delay in shipping (not Thinkgeek's fault!). I contacted Thinkgeek when I hadn't received my order after four weeks (they recommend at least three weeks for delivery) and they refunded my money promptly AND gave me a $10 voucher. Great service!
