I love Threadless because you can get unique artistic or pop culture t-shirts at significantly lower prices than other similar sites.
The shipping costs to Australia are very reasonable and they often have shipping sales or free shipping for spending over $40, so watch their banner ads or emails for those discount codes.
I bought two children shirts and two girly shirts. The children's shirts are nice, heavy cotton and are very durable. I love being able to dress my toddler in unique and clever shirts for the same price as the mass produced things at Big W or Cotton On. My order took over 3 weeks to arrive, but it was in the Christmas postal rush.
A nice feature is that they offer larger sizes for women with some designs going up to a 3XL. But I found that the girly shirts were a bit smaller than I expected for American sizes (I'm originally from Canada so know the sizing there). I would recommend ordering a size up for girly shirts.
I love all the cool graphics they have on offer. They source their designs from all over the world and give the artists credit for their work (unlike T-shirts you buy in big chain shops). They have competitive prices, good quality shirts (and I'm hard on clothes!), and very unique designs. I bought four shirts of various cuts and designs and love all of them! They took about 10 business days to get to me.
Buying clothes online is usually a hassle due to the difficulties in getting the appropriate sizing. However, the sizing chart provided on threadless is fairly accurate and the shirts purchased fit me exactly.
Shipping was fast and efficient.
Be careful of just solely relying on the graphic images provided as one of the shirts I bought came out a different shade.
Pricing is relatively reasonable and quality of the shirts are great, mine had been the wash a couple of times and the print and size turned out the same.
The reason I bought from threadless was because of a 50% discount on item order (excluding shipping) and generally good reviews in the past. Got 9 T-shirts from them and was disappointed with their quality. They were made in India and very thin. Unless they improve their quality, I will not be buying anything from them.
