GraysOutlet offer a range of well branded products, mostly surplus items at clearance prices, therefore there are savings to be had. They occasionally offer free shipping on a range of items. Compared to GraysOnline, which focuses on auctions and a bidding system, GraysOutlet focuses more towards liquidation items, and moving stock on quickly at a fixed price.

On the 04/12/12 i ordered a bottle of Blackmores Fish Oil 1000mg x200 using a $10 voucher i received,the total cost was $9.95 including free delivery but was actually free once the voucher was applied.

This site sells very efficiently. It sells quality items that are just as outlined in the pictures and description. I bought two pants for 40 dollars and free shipping and it came withing a week, I am excited to buy more from here in the future
Decided to do all my shopping online this year. Saw a great deal on some cool stemless wine glasses on GraysOutlet. I've used GraysOnline but never their retail outlet online store. Prices across all their items seem pretty good and occasionally they have free shipping.
Process for ordering was simple, you need to log in and be a member but that's normal these days. I bought the items on the 23rd and received them two business days later. Really happy with that!
They do send a lot of marketing emails, but you can easily turn these off.
I'd happily shop there again, however I'd make sure to check prices with other online stores.
Cheaper than any Australian retailer like Myer & David Jones and guaranteed to be genuine. Item was well packaged and arrived within 3 working days. Have had a few dealings with Grays through their auctions but this is the first time with their outlet (online) store. No buyer premiums of 15% to deal with.
