On November 21 I ordered a bottle of Adidas Ice Dive (Blue) 100ml EDT Spray at a staggeringly low price. Whilst it took 11 days to arrive, that low price made the purchase worthwhile----and the EDT smells good!

sadly, the jeans were far too small (would definitely recommend reading the size chart and dont rely on the typical sizes that you wear), so had to return the item
customer service was very efficient in assisting with the matter, you just pay for delivery back to them and once the item is checked that it is in good condition, they refund you your money, minus any shipping fees.
calling them for assistance gets you a quicker response, but you may have to wait on the phone. email enquiries took around 3 days for a response
with continued good prices and such efficient service, id definitely buy from them again
GraysOutlet offer a range of well branded products, mostly surplus items at clearance prices, therefore there are savings to be had. They occasionally offer free shipping on a range of items. Compared to GraysOnline, which focuses on auctions and a bidding system, GraysOutlet focuses more towards liquidation items, and moving stock on quickly at a fixed price.
I purchased a 250ml Korres Juniper & Rum Showergel from them, and it was delivered 5 days afterwards, with the content well packaged.

On the 20/04/2013 i ordered a copy of 'Batman Arkham Asylum GOTY PS3' and on the 23/04/2013 i received notification that my order had been dispatched and today it arrived,9 days isn't too bad considering 4 of those days were weekend days.
I bought a luxury mattress protector from the site. $40 dollars it was. I am satisifed with its quality, it sinks in and fits well with my mattress and I am confident it does the job. Sleepin is also just as phenomenal ans before. Shipping time was a little problematic as it took a while for it to come which is unusual in australia. The product was good and is excellent, however the case and box it was is sort of looked dirty like it had been in a warehouse with all fancy chemicals
Decided to do all my shopping online this year. Saw a great deal on some cool stemless wine glasses on GraysOutlet. I've used GraysOnline but never their retail outlet online store. Prices across all their items seem pretty good and occasionally they have free shipping.
Process for ordering was simple, you need to log in and be a member but that's normal these days. I bought the items on the 23rd and received them two business days later. Really happy with that!
They do send a lot of marketing emails, but you can easily turn these off.
I'd happily shop there again, however I'd make sure to check prices with other online stores.
