Having read great things on the internet about CT Cream for the relief of "tennis elbow" pain, I ordered a jar from Biomax in California. I received my order 12 days after placing it. The shipping cost was fair. I applied the cream for three weeks and then advised Biomax that I felt no relief. They replied immediately asking me to continue applying the cream for two further weeks and advised that, if I still felt no relief, I should return the partially used jar for a full refund. This I did and Biomax quickly credited my credit card.
