I purchased a map that you can scratch off all the countires you have visited. Originally I purchased the full size map, however a day later they informed me that they didn't have the large map in stock any longer. They apologised profusely and then offered me a refund AND a discount on ordering a smaller map. So in the end I got the smaller map, for much less than that large map. I was rather happy with that service. Great communication. Map arrived in 3 days.
