This site exits solely to take your money. Think of it as a donation to Svens pocket as he has no intention of sending anything that you have ordered. I ordered in June and after 3 emails still no product. He will send the "it will be sent in the next week" email to stop the pay pal claim so beware. Why hasn't Pay Pal disconnected with this site as I was under the impression they linked up with reputable sites with a good track record
I'm experiencing the same since May 2013. Now he doesn't reply to my emails at all. This site needs to be shut down before they steal more money from consumers. I don't know how it can still be up and running.
I placed my order (close to $100) and paid in full on 14 July 2013 and still have not received anything. They will "buy time" if you pay by Paypal and PayPal wont make a claim after 45 days and this is what this Sven guy plays on. It is a SCAM in my opinion and they may offer a refund however you will never receive it. Only order if you wish to lose your money as this has happened to me. They will rarely answer an email and if they do...say it will be processed next week! Phones also go unanswered Stay away from them they are theives!

WARNING BUYER BEWARE. It is not the Nigerians sealing your money it is "HOT COSMETICS" I place an order 28/7/13 it is nearly 2 months later. 6 emails and umpteen attempts to contact the amazing sales team with 10 year experience (as per their blog)still they don't return any messages. They have taken the money out of my account and sent no perfumes. I know they value my business, oopsey they value my bank account even more. How can the powers to be allow this website to continue selling people products and fraudulently taking money from our bank accounts. I have lodge a complaint for the company to be investigated thru my credit card company and have contact consumer affairs to do something about the bogus company that calls themselves a business namely "HOT COSMETICS"

Ordered perfume 13th July 2013 and still waiting. Have emailed Sven several times. Had responses from "on its way" to promising a refund. (Still waiting). Very, very ordinary performance, Sven. And yes, I will be lodging a complaint with Fair Trading DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY,

On 3rd August 2013 it would have been 3 months since I placed the order worth over AU $100. I don't know how this website is still up and running. I don't believe any of these other comments about 'Excellent' service are real, unless it's 'Sven' 'ITSELF' writing them. Personally I think this site is a scam & will soon be shutting down and the scammers will take our money with them. All we can do is warn others 'NOT TO BUY' from it. I bought a Nina Ricci perfume (a white apple shaped bottle with pink patterns on it) that was of limited edition. I saw this perfume while on an overseas trip and later wanted to buy it. I decided to buy it online and I decided to buy it through this store.
I ordered this online and within two days it was dispatched and sent to me. I received it in a normal Australian Post box with lots of cushioning around the perfume. They had also provided me with a free sample of a random perfume I have never heard of.
Overall I was happy with the experience and would purchase from Hot Cosmetics again if they were to supply perfumes that I wanted (hopefully, they will be able to provide the next Nina Ricci perfume on their website so that I can buy from them again!)
I had also communicated with this store in the past before regarding other perfumes. When I had emailed them my questions, they were very prompt to reply (usually wihtin 12 hours). They are an Australian based company so you can expect quick replies and decent delivery of your perfumes (without needing to worry about your parcel getting lost overseas).

STAY AWAY This site is potentially fraudulent. I too have ordered and paid for perfume in June and have not received goods or heard anything. I have now lost $200
WARNING I think if this review is true then you are extremely lucky i too have ordered perfume lukily only $30 worth but am still waiting, and no answer to the calls or emails i am sending, SHUT THEM DOWN!!!
You guys have to realise that I had ordered from this site MORE THAN A YEAR AGO and that things may have changed . I have not ordered from this site since then since I have found better bargains on ebay (and prefer to shop on ebay anyway).
