I recently purchased flowers & chocolates for my wife last February 11, to be delivered to her on Valentines day but they did not deliver. They never contacted me nor my wife with regards to the delay or status of my order, and to think that i paid a premium for the delivery fee on that day makes me even more disappointed. Now i asked you bloomex, what is the point of delivering the flowers now (after valentines day and after telling my wife about it) when the element of surprise was already gone? You suck BIGTIME Bloomex!!

We ordered a bunch of flowers on 9 Feb, and expected the delivery on 11 Feb. But up till now (18 Feb 2015), we received no flowers.
We asked for a refund. But the manager indicated that refund is IMPOSSIBLE, as the agreement indicates that there is no refund. However, we carefully read all agreement policies, and there is NO SUCH A TERM "no refund. We questioned the manager through email. And he never replies to us. This shop looks very suspicious.

The flowers came as ordered. The person who received them was happy with them. I will use them again. The only problem was that the delivery driver did not knock on the door,but left the flowers at the door, even though someone was home. But the flowers were good value and looked good.
Hi Steph, did you actually see a photo of the flowers that turned up? I for one would never admit to someone who had gone to the trouble of ordering flowers that they looked terrible!!
Last time I ordered flowers they were promptly delivered and lasted over a month. Whilst I prefer to see the flowers before they are delivered it isn't possible when the person is in another state however bloomex's flowers were lovely. The price is a bit high compared to my local flower shop along with the delivery cost but when its a gift its more about the quality and so far they've been good.
I would Iike to thank you for the lovely flowers I sent to my friend for her birthday. she was over the moon about them and that is something as she has had flowers sent to her from everywhere in the world. she is going to keep Bloomtex as her preferred florist. thank you again.
The on line process was smooth but unable to use the free shipping coupon which was given. Luckily was still able to get a $5 discount. Hope that the gift reaches on 12th Aug. as requested in time for the birthday.
I have decided to send a lot of flowers this year as a sign of my love for my friends. Bloomex make it quite affordable for me to do this. For example, I was able to send flowers to my sister for her birthday and she was absolutely stoked with how beautiful they were
