Patience Required...
On the 15/10/2012 I ordered a Large Twice a Day Pill Organizer and a Pill Travel Wallet. Nothing arrived for weeks but then on the 7/11/2012 I received and automated email from them saying that the item had shipped. This was the only communication I had received from the site after my initial order confirmation. Considering their website says items will ship within 1-4 business days I thought this was pretty terrible service. It then took another 3-4 weeks for the item to arrive.
