On October 27 I ordered a quantity of Bolle sunglasses with Competivision lenses (tennis specific) from Rally Tennis in USA. The next day I received emailed confirmation of my order. Then…………silence! I emailed on November 15 asking when my order had been shipped and soon received what appeared to be an auto-reply advising it had been shipped that day but without any explanation about the 18 day gap between order placement and despatch. It took four emails to be told that stock had to be obtained from Bolle and advice about shipping dates is sent to customers only if the total anticipated elapsed time between order and receipt is likely to exceed the norm----2 to 4 weeks in my case. My order was received on November 22. The price was low, the product excellent but communication poor.
I bought two pairs of Bolle sunglasses with their "Competivision" tennis specific lenses which mute all colours except optic yellow (the ball!!). Every tennis player should be using these. My order was placed with Rally Tennis in USA on November 6 and I received it on November 15. Good price and great service.
