Fooled by well taken images. Product smaller than expected.
Ordered a tea set with 6 glasses, with free delivery.
Strangely, i never received a confirmation of my order, so i wasnt actually sure it was successful. Luckily the next day, i received an email stating that my order had been shipped.
Around 2 weeks later, my order arrived.
The tea pot set was actually very small. The pictures made it look at least twice the size and ditto for the cups. It definitely didnt match what i was expecting in my mind.
Seems i've not been having much luck with purchasing items based on images lately. But it shows how taking good pictures of items can lead to a purchase - suckered me in for sure!
I havent actually tested the tea pot and cups yet, and being so small, im not sure i'd have an occasion to do so. Unless i invited some leprechauns over...
No real valid reason to return it, as i had technically received what i had paid for.
Will still buy from Banggood again, i just think i need to be more careful with buying items, based purely on the images that i see.
I have ordered something through this website and I got ripped off. The order arrived incomplete and they will neither refund me the difference, nor fulfill the order.
Products are cheap replicas of good stuff. What I purchased doesn't feel to be a quality product worth £200!
There is no communication, as they haven't replied to any of the several emails I've sent in the past months. The LiveChat is totally useless, as they keep asking me to send them an email, to which I am getting no reply whatsoever. On the LiveChat they keep me on hold forever, asking me totally unrelated questions. Basically they don't care and they are playing this game of who will get fed up quicker.
I have initiated a dispute with my bank and I will take legal action to resolve this. It will probably cost me more than the money they owe me, but on the other hand it will cost them thousands to defend themselves in Court.
Typically, good products and prices, with 3-6 week delivery times
Ordered a coat and some warmer sleepwear in preparation for colder weather. Shipping is free for all purchases.
My order was confirmed the same day of the order and marked as shipped the next day. My order took around 3 weeks to arrive.
As i am normally happy to wait 3-4 weeks for orders to arrive, i was happy with the time taken. the items were good quality and will hopefully be warm enough for the colder weather.
Good range of products, but quality and fit can be hard to guage
Ordered a pair of chinos
My item was confirmed and marked as shipped the same day.
Delivery was free and my item arrived within 2 weeks. So im happy with the shipping times.
As for the chinos, i don't think i'll be wearing them. The description stated cotton, but felt like some sort of odd plastic. the situation didnt improve after a wash either. the size was also stated as slim fit, but felt more like a super skinny.
The pictures did make it look very nice though. Sadly, i dont think the chinos will have a place in my wardrobe and will most likely go to the clothing bin.
you can't win them all, and overall, ive been happy with my purchases with Banggood, so would still buy from them again.
Sizing clothes can be a bit hard to judge, but prices are good
Ordered a casual jacket from Banggood, in a poor attempt to freshen up my warddrobe
My order was confirmed the same day and shipped out the next. The jacket arrived 3 weeks later.
Im happy with the shipping time and the quality of the product, however sizing was a slight issue - the jacket was slightly smaller than i had expected.
I guess that's the risk that you take with purchasing clothes online. Or maybe i'm just getting fat =)
Whatever the reason, i was too lazy to try to send it back or organise an exchange, so i guess it'll just sit unused until....forever.
Nevertheless, happy to take a risk and buy clothes from Banggood again
Excellent customer service experience and good prices
Ordered a small retro telephone booth tin just because i thought it looked nice and could be multi-functional - toothpicks, coins, etc
Delivery was free as part of my order. The item was marked as shipped the next day.
I took just over a month to arrived, so no issues there. But, although it was wrapped, the paintwork on the tin was scratched. Pretty poor quality control and also reveals that the paintwork on this tin would not last.
i contacted banggood, who requested a picture, and after sighting the picture, re-sent me a new one, which arrived one month later.
can definitely say, i was very happy with their customer service, although the product wasnt so good.
